As President of Indegene, Rajesh is responsible for the company’s performance in business in the USA and for the long-term strategic planning. He also spearheads the company’s M&A strategy.
Rajesh is a physician with 3 years of clinical experience. He also holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.
Manish has more than 15 years of experience with expertise in organizational strategy, financial management, HR systems and processes and managing operations. He has pioneered the application of robust and scalable operational processes to the domain of pharmaceutical commercialization and scientific services.
At Indegene, Manish is responsible for general operations, investor relations, and driving the overall strategy of the company.
Before joining Indegene, he held several senior operational positions in the banking and IT industries. He holds a BTech from IT-BHU, Varanasi, and an MBA from the IIM, Ahmedabad,
Sanjay has more than two decades of experience in business development and operations in the health-care, medical devices, and pharmaceutical industries. He has rich experience in market development across multiple geographies and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical/health-care landscape worldwide.
As Executive Vice President of Indegene, Sanjay is responsible for the company’s business performance in Europe; he is also responsible for driving some of the company’s core strategic initiatives.
Before joining Indegene, he was the health-care venture partner in a large British VC firm. He has also held leadership positions in the medical diagnostics industry. Sanjay earned a BTech from IIT, Bombay, and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University, USA.
Gaurav has more than 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He is an expert in sales and marketing, especially across Emerging Markets, and is an industry thought leader in the use of alternate channels for physician engagement.
Gaurav is responsible for Indegene’s businesses across Emerging Markets including China, Latin America, India, and south-east Asia. He also drives Indegene’s multi-channel strategy and has authored several papers on the subject.
In the past, he has held roles in pharmaceutical product management and international marketing at major Indian pharmaceutical companies. He holds a BPharm from the
St. John’s College of Pharmacy, Bangalore, and an MBA from ENPC, Paris.
Anand brings more than 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and commercial operations. He has established a global benchmark for the scalable delivery of scientific content and medical services to the pharmaceutical industry.
At Indegene, Anand manages scientific operations and is responsible for the delivery of all content-related scientific, medical, and commercial services. He has built a large multi-national, multi-cultural team of scientific, creative, and technical experts as part of the company’s hybrid delivery model.
Before joining Indegene, Anand used to manage the neuropsychiatry portfolio of a large Indian pharmaceutical company. He has a Master’s degree in Pharmacy from the Birla Institute of Technology and an MBA from the B.K. School of Management, Ahmedabad.
Suhas has close to a decade of experience in finance and administration. His expertise lies in setting up organizational structures and managing financial matters of global operations.
Suhas is responsible for managing Indegene’s financial processes, compliance, and legal and administrative matters worldwide. He also drives the company’s financial budgeting and planning process while leading the operational aspects of its M&A transactions.
Prior to working with Indegene, Suhas was employed with a large Indian IT services company. He holds a BCom and an ACA from the ICAI, Bangalore.
Sanjay has more than 15 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and medical communication industries across the globe. He has worked and consulted with several world leaders, including Procter & Gamble, Ranbaxy, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Biogen-Idec; he is an expert in devising strategies for patient value initiatives and physician education.
At Indegene, Sanjay leads the strategic consulting initiatives around the use of multiple channels of communication to realize greater values for patients, payers, and physicians. He has also been responsible for managing Indegene’s continuing medical education business.
Prior to joining Indegene, Sanjay worked as a practice leader for a consulting group focused on business process excellence in pharmaceutical/biotech and consumer products companies. He holds an MBA from the IIM, Bangalore, and certifications in process modeling and re-engineering from MIT Sloan School and Sapient Partner Academy.
