Mr Raghavan is the Non-Executive Chairman of Indegene and the Founder/Chairman of Nadathur Holdings and Investments, a private investment firm that leverages India-based opportunities to create market-leading global enterprises.
He is a board member of several public companies, including ABB India, the Murugappa Group of Companies, and IDFC Private Equity. In 2004, he received the Dhirubhai Ambani Award for Excellence in Entrepreneurship.
Mr Raghavan, co-founder of Infosys Technologies, was the Joint Managing Director of NASDAQ – INFY until his retirement in 2000. He has set up the N.S. Raghavan Centre of Entrepreneurial Learning at IIM, Bangalore, and is the Chairman of its advisory council.
Mr Thyagarajan has more than 35 years of experience in the global pharmaceutical industry, gained at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK).
Over the course of his career, he has held senior management positions at several global operation centers of GSK, including Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He was the MD of GSK, India, and then became VP of GSK, Asia, based in Singapore. Currently, he is the Vice Chairman of GSK, India. He is also a board member of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India's largest software company.
Mr Krishnamurthy has more than 35 years of experience in various industries across Asia, including pharmaceuticals, engineering, packaging, and food and confectioneries.
He has been responsible for strategic planning and general management in all the companies he has worked in. Currently, he works as an independent consultant to companies and works closely with their managements on all aspects of corporate planning.
Mr Nadathur is a Director in Nadathur Holdings and Investments, and is responsible for managing the firm's health care and life science portfolio.
He is also the Director of Nadathur Far East, which is focussed on international investments. Prior to this, Sriram founded Syndicated Research Group (USA), a financial and HR research firm, and managed its operations. He also founded World Research Advisory (USA), an advisory firm catering to the needs of treasurers of Fortune 500 companies.
In a career spanning over 20 years, Mr Nair has been one of the leading global experts in the transformation of commercialization and marketing initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry. He has been at the forefront of evolving strategies for globalization of scientific services related to the industry and defining the paradigms for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and marketing activities.
As President of Indegene, he is responsible for the performance of the company’s business in the USA and for the long-term strategic planning. He also spearheads the company’s M&A strategy.
Mr Nair is a physician with 3 years of clinical experience. He also holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.
Mr Gupta has more than 15 years of experience, with expertise in organizational strategy, financial management, HR systems and processes, and managing operations. He has pioneered the application of robust and scalable operational processes to the domain of pharmaceutical commercialization and scientific services.
At Indegene, he is responsible for general operations, investor relations, and driving the overall strategy of the company.
Before joining Indegene, Mr Gupta held several senior operational positions in the banking and IT industries. He holds a BTech from IT-BHU, Varanasi, and an MBA from the IIM, Ahmedabad.
Mr Parikh has more than two decades of experience in business development and operations in the health-care, medical devices, and pharmaceutical industries. He has rich experience in market development across multiple geographies and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical/health-care landscape worldwide.
As Executive Vice President of Indegene, Mr Parikh is responsible for the company’s business performance in Europe; he is also responsible for driving some of the company’s core strategic initiatives.
Before joining Indegene, he was the health care venture partner in a large British VC firm. He has also held various leadership positions in the medical diagnostics industry. Mr Parikh holds a BTech from IIT, Bombay, and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University, USA.
